Did You Do It?

In my previous post, I wrote about how important it is to make the change, because sometimes, even the smallest shift can open the door to a lighter life and a different one.

Today I ask you:
Did you do it?

Did you take even one step toward yourself? Maybe you stayed in bed five minutes longer, not out of laziness, but because you finally stopped punishing your tiredness.
Maybe you made yourself a cup of tea or your favorite coffee… and gave yourself those quiet 20 minutes in the morning, just for you, before the world came rushing in.
Also, I do believe that you said a big NO to something that made you feel small.

Or, you didn’t do anything at all.
That’s okay, too. But don’t wait too long…

Because all you need to do is make the first step; after that it will be easier, you will find some joy in your strength to do something different, and you will avoid drama around you. Everyone deserves happiness and peace in their soul, but we must do the work for that feeling.

Today I will give you new ideas, small steps that you will enjoy:

🧸 1. Visit a kindergarten or an orphanage with small gifts.

Share kindness. Bring crayons, picture books, or tiny toys. Seeing children light up will soften your heart and remind you how much love you have to give without needing anything in return. And you will feel happy without chasing it.

💅 2. Do Your Nails—Just for You

Pick a color that makes you smile. I love pink, white, and black, but I started to avoid the black one, and I adore yellow; it is like sunshine. Of course, while doing it, listen to music. Music speaks all that is inside you, and if you are suffering from some pain, you will heal a little easier. Not faster, let’s be clear about that. This is not about looking good for someone else—it’s about feeling good in your own skin. Small rituals remind you, “I matter.” You can try it today; it is free 🙂

🧶 3. Learn to Knit or Crochet (with YouTube or free guides)

It’s rhythmic, calming, and rewarding—you create something with your hands while giving your mind space to breathe. Start with a simple scarf. You can find a free internet guide or visit a local workshop, like I did in the beginning, and now I am trying to learn new and more difficult things. For the equipment I need, I visit Amazon, and you have it all there; just write down what you are searching for.

🎨 4. Paint with Whatever You Have

You don’t need fancy supplies. Use old makeup, coffee, or pens. Try “intuitive painting”: no plan, just color and motion. It’s about feeling, not skill. You can draw yourself, not how you look, but how you feel inside or how you see yourself. It is very, very important. I will explain to you in another, but true story.

🧹5. Clean One Corner in Your House (Trash & Clutter Edition)

That little messy corner? It quietly drains your energy every time you see it. Clean it, and you create a pocket of peace—a mental exhale. When life feels overwhelming, we often can’t fix everything—but we can transform one corner. That small win builds confidence and momentum. Your eyes crave calm. A clear space literally helps your brain relax. Clutter isn’t just physical—it adds to mental load. Clearing it can free up thinking space and emotional room for rest, creativity, or simply breathing easier.

📱 6. Find mental health support online

You’re never alone, especially with the power of the internet. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your body. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or just need a safe space to talk, please know that help is available. So, give yourself a gift and find what is best for you <3. Try a mental health test online and get correct answers for your soul.

Take care and do at least one thing from the ideas above; it will make you feel great, believe me.
