What does it mean having A good mental health?

In every corner we are hearing about the importance of having a good mental health. I think we all know something about, but we are not so sure, what  

exactly  it is.
We think good mental health is if you are not acting like crazy or you can control your actions, your emotions,  and words, especially in public. This is so old time definition. The world has been changed so much after celebration of 2000 year, social media,that some times we are confused what is happening and does it really that normal? We lost the order and now we are faced with some theory that everything is okay, everything is normal... I don't think that kind of thinking  is right.

I needed some answers so I the search started.  Almost in every

sources having good mental health means being in a state of emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It enables you to navigate life effectively, cope with everyday stresses, maintain relationships, and make decisions. Here's a breakdown of what it typically involves:

But despite all the differences, I think that inner peace and tranquility are states that each of us aspires to and strives to reach.
